Single Family Renovation/ Addition

Norgate is a charming neighbourhood located in the District of North Vancouver that features generous lot sizes and modest 1500 SF bungalows. These homes were developed in the 1940’s to accommodate people working at the nearby shipyards.
Given the large lot sizes, many homeowners in Norgate can renovate their homes to add on up to 1000 SF of comfortable living space.
For this project the owners wanted to add a second floor to provide a new master bedroom and bath as well as a new bedroom for their boys. Â On the main floor of the addition, we added a new gourmet kitchen, adjoining family room and outdoor patio space.
