This development in the City of North Vancouver included a design for a new side-by-side duplex with each unit being  approximately 1700 SF with a 900 SF Cellar.

For this project, our successful re-zoning application involved obtaining approval from the Advisory Design Panel and undergoing a review by the Heritage Advisory Commission. Our design respects the heritage character of the neighbourhood while achieving a modern, livable space.

Our customized Landscape Plan for the project thoughtfully connects the indoor living spaces to the outdoor environment.

Project Summary:
– Re-zoning Application: RS-1 Residential to RT-1 Two Unit Residential.
