New Home and Renovated Existing Character Home

City of North Vancouver, B.C.

Completed 2013

This development in the City of North Vancouver included a design for the renovation and retention of an existing heritage home, the design of a new single-family home and the design of two infill units.

For this project, our successful re-zoning application involved obtaining approval from the Advisory Design Panel and undergoing a review by the Heritage Advisory Commission. Our design respects the heritage character of the area while also achieving a modern livable space.

Our customized Landscape Plan for the project thoughtfully connects the indoor living spaces to the outdoor environment.
